DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Delivery
Our standard delivery charge to UK mainland addresses is £3.95.
Our jewellery is handcrafted and in some instances will be a bespoke commission, and so can require between 24 - 48 hours from the time you place your order for production. Your purchase will be dispatched after this time.
For UK orders, please allow 2 - 4 working days for standard delivery. Please note - we do not ship on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
For all purchases, your payment must be cleared before an item is dispatched.
If you require priority delivery, please let us know and we will do our best to get things moving faster.
Returns
We accept returns up to 14 days after purchase. Our returns policy is extended for all gift purchases made from 1st - 25th December 2020. Please specify that your purchase is a gift item at checkout. We will accept returns or exchanges up until 30th January 2021 for gift purchases only.

JEWELLERY CARE
This item is not handcrafted by Soul Therapy. However, over time the elastic will stretch, so to maintain the strength of the cord, roll the bracelet over your hand to put it on as opposed to stretching the cord over your hand. Your bracelet will thank you for it in the long run!
You don't need to do much with these beautiful bracelets other than look after them with love and good vibes!
